So, get ready to dive into a world of creamy flavors and simple cooking!

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 lbs of 90/10 ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 package of fresh white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp of Garlic paste
  • 3 to 4 tbs of Dry Roux mix (We like Kary’s brand)
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 2 cups of Heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 block of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tsp of Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of dried parsley
  • Craig’s special mixture of seasoning, or your favorite seasoning about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp
  • 1 pack of Egg noodles of your choice, cooked per package instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Start by cooking the ground beef in a pan until it turns brown and crumbly. Break it into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Add them to the pan with the beef. Cook until they become soft and translucent.
  • Mix in the garlic paste, a tablespoon of Craig’s special seasoning, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Let it all simmer together for about 5 minutes.
  • While that’s simmering, grab another pot and bring water to a boil. Add a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt. Cook the egg noodles until they’re just the right amount of tender (around 9 minutes).
  • Back to the beef mixture: Add in the Dry Roux and mix. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream until sauce starts to thicken a little. Add the softened cream cheese too. Stir everything until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  • To give your stroganoff a nice color, add the Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce little by little. Mix it in until you’re happy with the color.
  • Taste your creation and see if it needs more flavor. If it does, sprinkle in another tablespoon of Craig’s special seasoning.
  • When the egg noodles are done, drain them and set them aside. Take the beef mixture off the heat and stir in the sour cream and parsley. Once it’s all mixed up nicely, add the cooked egg noodles and gently mix them in.
  • Serve your velvety and creamy beef stroganoff with your favorite veggies on the side. Get ready for a taste explosion that your family will absolutely love!
